Conditions of Hire.

An application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:

1. Caravans are let from 2pm on the day of arrival until 9.30am on the day of departure.

2. The key must be collected from the reception by 8pm on day of arrival. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals as long as adequate notice is given.

3. The management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental to the Site or the comfort of other visitors.

4. The owner is relieved from liability should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond his control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.

5. Bookings are not transferable and the caravan must not be occupied by persons other than those stated on the booking form. Any alteration must be notified and agreed by the owner

6. Failure to take up occupancy of a unit once a booking has been made and confirmed by the owner with a deposit receipt does not relieve the hirer from his/her liability for the FULL BALANCE of monies due unless prior cancellation has been received by the owner by telephone and confirmed in writing one week prior and the owner is able to re-let the caravan for the period concerned.

7. Dogs are not permitted between the third week in July and the first week of September. At other times permission must be obtained by the owner before booking and a charge of £10 per week. The dogs must be kept on a lead around the park and any fouling must be cleaned up immediately by the owner of the dog. They must not be left unattended in the caravan.

8. A deposit of £50 per week is required when booking and is not returnable.

9. Balance of monies due must be forwarded 4 weeks prior to the commencement of holiday.

10. An additional charge of £20 is payable (separate cheque), which will be returned if the caravan is left in the same condition as when taking up occupancy.

All caravans are on a low power supply and are NOT suitable for hairdryers over 1000 watts. For the benefit of our customers, Penmarrin 3 & 4 have not had any animals and it is requested that you refrain from smoking, in these caravans.
